Mindset

First you have to become the right person. Then is the boundry that encompasses your mindset. Not
having developed one as a young man, I adopted the one for leadership in the Marines. The Acronym I
use is JJ Did Tie Buckle, it is okay to use this one or adopt one of your own… but it should guide your
actions
Justice , Judgement, Dependability, Integrity, Decisiveness, Tact, Initiative, Enthusiasm, Bearing,
Unselfishness, Courage, Knowledge, Loyalty, Endurance.
